Grant Application Form

Our aim is to raise as much money as we possibly can from our local community to enhance the quality of life of local children in crisis.

For children who are suffering from abuse, neglect, who are sick or disabled, or have special needs.  The grant must directly benefit the child but will often have a life enhancing effect on the whole family.  Not only can parents or guardians apply directly for a grant for their children but so can local groups like children's hospices, or other local children's schemes. 

By local we mean, children who either live or go to school in the area of West Yorkshire and a child is anyone 17 or younger.

If you have a child that falls into the above category and your financial circumstances do not allow you to provide a particular item that may enhance their quality of life then you are eligible to apply.  Please download a grant application form below, or if you require more information please call Paul on 0113 2835555
